The page resources are not loading because your site is using the default address offered by GoDaddy’s CDN, like this:
https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.138.219/60h.7b3.myftpupload.com/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/assets/js/complianz.min.js
This secureservercdn.net domain name is anything but secure, and has, unfortunately, been BLOCKED by many computer and network security firewalls. That’s why your resources are not loading.
For what it’s worth, I can only get the resources to load on your site when I disable my computer’s firewall.
Fixing this is simple and something you need to do anyways, even if your resources were loading: you need to configure your CDN to use your own domain or sub-domain to serve the site’s resources, rather than the default URLs provided by your CDN provider.
From the GoDaddy article linked below, it APPEARS the ability change CDN domain is only available in offering they call “Website Security Deluxe and Ultimate”. Read the article, but don’t take my word for it: please contact GoDaddy to help resolve this.

Hello,
Thanks for your help, I don’t exactly trust GoDaddy support at the moment. I’ve called them several times regarding this issue and they didn’t mention any of this.
I’m already paying a premium for using GoDaddy than other providers, and now I have to upgrade to actually use the site.
Originally when I starting hosting the site, I had the nameservers on Cloudflare. I was using their Flexible SSL instead of purchasing a GoDaddy one (as they don’t support a 3rd party certificate). I got a ton of error codes from the site in return, I can’t remember what though (perhaps 520s).
I thought it was because GoDaddy blocks the Flexible SSL or something so I tried purchasing one of GoDaddy’s expensive SSLs. Then I changed the GoDaddy SSL config to Secure. This didn’t fix the issue, so I had to move the site back to GoDaddy, I’m pretty sure it’s because GoDaddy blocks Cloudflare, so you have to purchase their CDN. Is that the reason or would it be possible to use Cloudflare with a different settings?
Would there be any way around this than purchasing an expensive upgrade?
Another issue I’m having is occasionally my UptimeRobot setup says that the site has returned a 503 error. I’m not sure if this is cause their firewall blocks GoDaddy’s default CDN or another issue.

Hello,
I found a nice setting which turned off the GoDaddy CDN. I’ve disabled it for now and the page resources seem to be loading.
However, my UptimeRobot setup still states that there are some occassional 503 errors.
Any ideas on how I would resolve this issue?
