the problem can be seen on this website. It happens just after everything is loaded.
Ok, I noticed that but I think this happens because of the footer’s animation
Try to scroll down then refresh the page and you will notice what I mean

I removed the animation, but the “glitch” is still there. Do you maybe have any other idea?
could you give me access to your admin side so I can see what I can do ?

I logged into your admin side and what I noticed is that the issue have nothing to do with Tooltipy 🙂 since I’ve deactivated Tooltipy however the issue is still there
Anyway on that page you have added a “Masonry Media Grid” VC component which is causing that glitch, I tried to hide it and everything was great
