Page Scrolls Twice

Hello, thank you for the plugin! The plugin is working, except that it scrolls the page twice, the second scroll is faster than the first. Very strange. What could be the issue here? If you want to view the issue, click on the link below. The Contact link in the main nav will scroll to the footer.
