Page template panel missing

    Hi,

    My page template panel is missing. I just moved my WordPress install from my localhost (where the panel works fine) to a Dreamhost server. Everything else appears to be working fine, and existing pages are using the correct templates. I’ve tried deactivating all my plugins, but this doesn’t help.

    Can anyone suggest what might be causing this, or how I can go about troubleshooting it?
