Page Title

Im working on a site and using pages and post. posts will show up in the title the way i want them to, but the pages do not show up at all. I just get “Site name – Mozilla Firefox’. My current theme title tag is:
<?php bloginfo('name'); ?><?php wp_title('-','true',''); ?>

I am sure there is a work around for this or did I missed something? If anyone could point me in right direction here i will be very thankful.
