• Hi everyone,
I created a page to display the products on offer using a shortcode block and inserting the following code inside it [products limit=”12″ columns=”4″ orderby=”rand” on_sale=”true” paginate=”true”] .
However, I noticed that some elements of the page such as the price filter found in the sidebar, the buttons to change the display type (grid/list) and the buttons to increase the number of products to display on the page are not shown.
This problem does not occur if I view a page that is automatically created with woocommerce product categories.
I insert the links to the site:
https://blututt.it/test/blupromo –> page with the problem
    https://blututt.it/test/categoria-prodotti/gadget/ –> page ok

    Can anyone help me?
    Thank you and good day

    David

  • Hello @coh2o,

    Thank you for reaching out,

I saw the URL you’ve shared has an issue: https://postimg.cc/qhsKpt4W.

Generally, the WooCommerce sidebar will show only on the WooCommerce pages. However, if you create a normal page and add that shortcode, you can add the widgets you’ve used in WooCommerce to that page. You can add a sidebar for that page: https://postimg.cc/CdPw2hVN.
Please note that clicking on the links will redirect users to the primary shop pages.

Here is the home page of your website:
    https://blututt.it/test/

Here is the main shop page:
    https://blututt.it/test/shop/

And here is that category link: https://blututt.it/test/categoria-prodotto/gadget/

Furthermore, please update the permalinks from the WP Dashboard > Settings > permalinks (update this page; even without changes – Postname is recommended for all permalinks on your website).

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards

    Hi @skalanter,
I noticed from your response that I entered the wrong link for the product category (gadgets) which is why the 404 error page appeared.

    Ok for the sidebar.

While regarding the missing parts in the nav bar in the page “blupromo” (the buttons to change the display type grid/list and the buttons to increase the number of products to display on the page), is there a solution?

    thanks

    Hello @coh2o,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Regarding toolbar elements, you must be able to show/hide them from the WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > WooCommerce > Archives: https://postimg.cc/2VQBjPwP.

    Hope it helps.
    Best Regards
