Yes the premium version of the plugin will allow you to do that with the page view restriction module.
The only thing that I could see happening is if you are attaching ONE product to 5 different posts, the plugin is going to calculate page views based on ONE post, so if you only want them to view the post two times, it is not going to count 2 page views per post, it will count 2 page views across ALL posts associated with product. You could get around this by setting your total page views to be 10 page views instead of 2…. Does that make sense?

In my configuration, 1 woocommerce product = access to 1 specific post.
If that is the case than the premium version will work perfectly for you.
