    Dears,

    Firstly thanks for the plugin.

The plugin is working fine for the most part, the feed loads, however the page doesn’t scroll until I click on an image. The page scrolling did not work for myself and others.

Also I can easily change the padding on the user info using the Pro Theme Options, but not padding in between the username and the user description.

Also, when I turn on the image description for the lightbox it appears above the image not below – how can I make it below?

Is there anyway to change the spinner before the feed loads? And also the spinner on the load more button? Or disable it? I don’t like it lol

Finally, the mobile view of the user description is not set out nicely. Is there a way to rearrange it or do I have to use CSS and media queries?

Didn’t expect this much issue after purchasing lol so appreciate your assistance!

Cheers and thanks for a great plugin.

    hi @maelstromdxb,

thanks for using Instagram Feed WD.

Please contact WebDorado using this contact form and we will fix all these issues and provide with custom CSS if needed. In your message mention this support post as well.

    Hey @maelstromdxb!

I’m not sure if you can see my reply, it is not visible on our end, so let me post it again.

Firstly please note, that you can enable the following options to get the necessary display. Let me list them all below.

    1. Enable Display Info by Default and Full Width Info from your feed options, Lightbox Settings tab.
    2. Then go to Instagram Feed WD Themes, edit the theme you are using on your feed and navigate to Customize Lightbox tab. Select Control Buttons from the top, then set both Control Buttons Height and Control Buttons Margin (Top) to 0.
    3. Afterwards navigate to Info settings from Customize Lightbox and set Info Position to Bottom, and Info Alignment to Center.

As for the scrolling issue, please note, that there is a bug in Avada theme. Please send the following three screenshots with detailed description of the bug to Avada support team, so that they can fix it.

    Screenshot 1
    Screenshot 2
    Screenshot 3

Also, we have added custom css code in Instagram Feed WD Settings > Custom CSS to fix the padding issue. And regarding the loading, we can disable it or replace with another icon. Could you please give us the image URL, if you need it to be replaced?

And lastly, for responsiveness on mobile, please let us know what kind of changes would you like to add here. We checked on a couple of smartphones, but the feed displayed correctly. So please give us more details.

Thank you! Have a good day!
