“page=bp-auto-insert” does not load

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-auto-insert when loaded just shows as a white page. There are no fatal php errors, and my timeouts are set to 300s. Hosting on Pantheon. WHat can cause this, a timeout? Permissions issue downloading the xml?
