Pagebuilder and html

Hi, Im pretty new to using wordpress. I have used expressions web to build websites in the past but am clueless on how to make an html page that looks good. Can someone recomend a tutorial or specific directions on taking pre-existing html pages and importing them into pagebuilder? And also, does anyone know the directory to link images to in the html codes?
