Pagebuilder columns not aligning

I’ve been working on my new website for a couple of weeks, I’ve been using pagebuilder to design the pages. I had everything working as I wanted then the hosting company had to change servers. This wiped out my work and I’ve had to start again. The problem is I cannot now get pagebuilder to work properly. If I add a new line and put in columns the columns will not line up. For instance if I put in 3 columns with a picture at the top of each column then text underneath each picture, all the entries are just stacked underneath each other, not side by side as they were before, any text will run all the way across the page not in columns.
I’ve even got the hosting company to completely wipe out wordpress and do a fresh install. I’ve then re installed the theme and started from scratch, same thing, I can’t get the columns to work. Can anyone help please? I’m new to wordpress so any help would be appreciated.
