I have returned home and started catching up on support topics.
I updated my development/test system to WordPress 4.5.1, then installed Page Builder by SiteOrigin version 2.4.6 and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle version 1.5.11.
With MLA version 2.25 I can find no interference with Page Builder or the Widgets Bundle; everything I tried is working.
If you can give me more detailed instructions on how to reproduce your problem I will investigate further. Thanks for your patience while I was on the road.
I have released MLA version 2.30, which contains a JavaScript fix for a problem that may be related to the Page Builder issue you reported.
