When I go into PageBuilder, instead of the black top row, there appears a part of the site below, and the whole site is not buildable. The links are clickable, even the misplaced part in the top row. This happens for every site I try to build.

I know this description isn’t very helpful. How can I get support for such a problem?

PS: It happened after I inserted some embedded videos on one page of the site. The problem is universal now, though.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi illieswasitschek,

Can you please show me a screenshot of what you see? I ask as I’m not 100% sure how this issue looks. Hm. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

I imagined my description was very helpful, unfortunately I cannot find how to insert images here. Imgur seems to be down atm. What would you do?

So basically, as you can see on this website, we have a dynamic top bar that only appears when you scroll down. Now if I go into PageBuilder mode, the top WordPress Admin bar is replaced with this dynamic bar, all the links are working, and the page is not buildable. Is that better?

In other words, that might be the Plugin problem, right? I will check tmrw. We didn’t change anything on it lately. All I did was embedding some videos on a single site.

    Thank you!

    Hi illieswasitschek,

That’s understandable. Oddly, there’s no direct way to display the image here so you basically have to link the image.

Ah. That explains why I wasn’t understanding what was going on. Unfortunately, you’ve mistaken us for Beaver Builder. To clarify, our plugin is called SiteOrigin Page Builder.

    Hi illieswasitschek,

    It’s okay mate.

I’m going to mark this as resolved as it’s unrelated to our products. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Beaver Builder.
