    Give your pages a custom field value. In your case for custom field ‘Category’ you give the value ‘Learning Resources’. I’m not sure if the value with a space in it will work. Maybe use a single word (e.g. LearningResources)

    I tried earlier with the words Banana, and Apple. Same result.

    Why shouldn’t it work with the built-in field called Category?

    BTW, the WordPress built-in Category field name is Category, isn’t it? Or is it actually something else in the backend — googling to find that out brings up nothing.
