Where are these “pages” coming from?
Did you publish them yourself after installing WordPress, or did import them from elsewhere (eg demo content, old back)?
If you imported these “pages” from elsewhere, the dates you see are the original dates the pages were published: importing content does not override the published date.
Some themes and plugins provide testing data that installs when you install their code. This data creates posts and pages and assigns the date the data was created by those developers.
Hopefully this clears up your confusion.

I am an amateur, I didn’t imported anything.
I used to install ww.wp.xz.cn once but I can’t remember is it installed around the date of 29 Jan 2019.
Can anyone check it for me please

As the name suggests, that the sample page that came with the initial WordPress installation. Nothing to worry about.
