Pages get automatic restrictions.

    Hello!
    Here is my website http://www.123poling.com/newsite3/
    I want all the pages to be open for people to see what kind of content I have but if they want to actually click on any of the videos it would force them to sign up.
    All my pages were open before but now I keep getting restriction level set as level o or higher(all pages in a drop down under Lessons & Tips). I already went in changing restriction level but it keeps switching back. Why is is happening?
