We currently have a site that is using YOOtheme and WordPress to highlight different user profiles (author pages) and are utilizing LiteSpeed cache for our caching needs, however, multiple times a day our content on the pages dissapears, after ‘purging all’ Sometimes it would fix the issue but then it would later happen again, other times nothing would happen and our page would still be empty.

If we disable the plugin we see that all the content appears but the shared link has a page thats now down with an error message

This only happens on this page but everything else on the site loads as intended. Please advise as we now are in this stand still of having the plugin enabled and our content dissapearing or disable it have a page completely inaccessible.

At the moment of testing: https://purecatskills.com/local-products/ has internal error(code error). The visit if as guest(not logged in user).

@coughlin Yes, now is fixed.
That page is really hard on loading. It takes about 2 seconds the page to load.
After 2-3 loads I see a error 503 page(The server is temporarily busy, try again later!).
Maybe is linked to server unavailable.

We reinstalled the caching plugin and upgraded the sites memory, please try again

IT’s happening again, cache re-enabled and our team/hosting upgraded the memory on the site which fixed the eorror message we were seeing and we even were seeing the content but now https://purecatskills.com/local-products/ loads just fine but there’s no content just our header/footer please advise.

@coughlin I entered the link and I saw 503
After a refresh it worked.
Is LSC plugin disabled?
