Pages not showing, Permalinks issue using Multisite

I have read thru a bunch of articles and can still not get my pages to render other than using the default permalinks. I am running WP on Windows. I get the 404 error page from GoDaddy’s standard page. I am using multisite and the domain page renders just fine. Its when I navigate to a few new pages is when I get the 404 error. I review the network setup again and I believe its setup correctly.
