Pages outside the structure

    I wonder how to provide pages to be outside of the current structure.

    I’ve got whole structure of pages shown in navi menu bar [that’s why I want pages like:
    * Privacy Policy
    * Terms of Service
    * Help
    to appear in the footer of every page and the content of them to be shown in the theme I use now.

    Any plugins? Any ideas?
