    Hi,
I am using the latest version of Elementor and your plugin. With your plugin active, the pages where I used your plugin are returning 500 errors.
    Check this image – https://ibb.co/2KGVMXf.

    Versions
    Elementor – 3.8.0
Premium Addons for Elementor – 4.9.36

And When I try to edit the pages using Elementor, the sidebar never finishes loading.

All the problems are solved when I deactivate your plugin.

    Please fix these problems ASAP.

    Hi @vlohar08

Please check this article and let me know if it helps. It seems your server config is not compatible with Premium Addons.

    Cheers!

I have the right PHP settings for my website. I don’t think it’s happening because of PHP config settings. If I remove your plugin everything works perfectly.

    —-PHP CONFIG—-
    memory_limit: 4024M
    max_execution_time: 600
    upload_max_filesize: 25M
    post_max_size: 48M
    max_input_time: 400

    Hi @vlohar08

May I ask does this happen with all the elements in Premium Addons, or just a specific element?

    Regards

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late replies.

The problem is with all elements. We are using different elements on different pages and wherever your plugin is used it returns a 500 error.

@vlohar08 Well, this needs to be checked by our devs team. I believe it’s more related to something in the plugin code itself. So, please send us a message on our website so we can check this for you and update the ticket here with the solution.
