When debugging pixel code using Facebook Pixel Helper on the home page, I see this message:

We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.

But on my cart page, everything works.
Is sending PageView event on a custom home page for the paid version only or I’m doing something wrong?

    Hello,

It’s hard to tell without actually looking at your page. It can be some real issue, or just a Pixel Helper bug. To exclude the latest I suggest you test inside your Events Manager, as explained in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqAIO1ONc0I

The video focuses on CAPI events, but the process is the same.

If the problem is real, I need to check your page. If you use Thrive on that page, is a known problem with a strange workaround: install the Yoast plugin.
