Do you already have a page with this setup that I can look at? Otherwise, I will work at reproducing the issue on my development site and troubleshoot. Link Library has a VERY large number of options, and I do not have the time to test all combinations. It is quite possible that pagination does not currently work with permalinks.
Once I confirm what is happening, I can see how much time will be involved in getting it to work.
Just wanted to let you know I have replicated the issue and am working on resolving it. I will let you know when I have a fix in place.

Thanks for the fix I just assumed it was my lack of configuration that was the problem. BTW see two updates come through one was 5.9.14.16 then next one 5.9.14.15. Is that just a labeling mistake?
The first one was 5.9.14.16, then 5.9.15, thus upping the third number instead of the fourth. Some people don’t want to get all updates, so they set an option in the general settings to skip the ones where only the fourth number changes. I decided to change the third number to make sure everyone gets latest changes.
