Pagination, Bootstrap Theme Conflict

I have the free version and this plugin works well. If I can resolve this I plan on buying the pro version.

Im using Tiny Framework theme.

In content views settings if I have “dont load bootstrap” unchecked the plug in pagination works but my pagination on my blog is broken.

If I have checked the “dont load bootstrap” then the pagination on my page using content views is broken.
