I have added 29 doc/page sources to the knowledge base which I can see in a single list if my screen options show 50 items per page. If I reduce this to 10 items per page then I get 3 pages which is correct, but the content of those pages is incorrect. There are many repeated items on each page (in reverse order it seems!) plus missing items.

    Hi,

Thanks for reporting this! We’re actually just about to release version 1.0.7 which includes fixes for the issues you reported yesterday (the broken UI when language is en_GB).

Regarding the pagination issue you’re experiencing – we’re going to replicate this on our end right away. Quick question: are the 29 sources you added WordPress pages/posts, or are they custom post types ?

We’ll investigate this and get back to you shortly.

They are a mixture, the docs are from betterdocs which has post_type=docs. I just tried to resync one of the docs pages and it is now hung with the message

    Data sync process error.

    No content found to generate

The footer status is spinning is saying 100% Pause. I can stop the sync, but I can’t successfully resync the updated doc. If I re-add the doc from scratch it works.

    Hi,

We’ve released version 1.0.8 which includes a fix for the pagination issue you reported. We’ve also fixed a guest user permissions issue that was affecting chatbot interactions.

Please update the plugin and let me know if everything is working properly on your end.

    Thanks for reporting this!
