Pagination Dots not centered

I’m sure this could be a simple CSS fix. If you look at http://test.ltgmedia.com/wordpress/trans-canada/ you will see that the pagination dots are off to the right instead of centered. It was even worse when there were only 2-3 dots. Any guidance on correcting that?
