Pagination in single project

This type of functionality should be implemented in the theme not in the plugin.
Almost any decent theme has implemented this functionality already, for example, in the demo I’m using (Twenty Fourteen), this is already implemented in the theme:

anyway, if your theme has not implemented this, you can add it in single.php template.
