Arrow we haven’t provided the class you can override template file from your end and change it also you can use data-page= property to apply css or js.
I would not recommend to use class in arrow because it will change everyitme and also confused with page numbers.
Please use standard rules to make it more scalable.

I just want the forward-arrow to look the same as the back-arrow
For example here: Events
Scroll down, go to page 2 and you see what I mean. 🙂
Back-arrow has the class=”page-numbers”.
Forward-arrow has no class.

Yes, we will improve in next release for sure. For now please add class=”page-numbers” in your plugin template file called event-pagination.php
