Pagination on category.php with custom loop

Hi all,

I’m been trying for a while to add paginatin to my category template and I just can’t get it to work. I’ve tried all the suggestions I can find on the forums and can’t spot the problem.

The page shows a grid of images displayed by a custom field from each post. When I hit the ‘next page’ link I get ‘Sorry, no posts matched your criteria’. I’m very new to custom queries and loops – is there something wrong with the page below?
