Paging and/or Randomizing

Hi. Congratulations on such a great plugin. When the related result posts are a large quantity we must choose how many we want to display. What do we do about the posts that are not displaying? It would be great if you could “randomize” the displayed results, and also if you had a paging system or slider to see more posts.
