    There is a (very) beta version of a plugin for pagination. You can see it here.

    In the newest plugin update, I added a paging feature to the loop. A basic example is:

    [loop type="post" paged="5"]
  [field title]
[/loop]
[loopage]

    Please see the documentation for details.
