paid subscriber question

Hi there, I have a question about paid support. I tried to find a way to contact you outside of the forum here but there isn’t an email on the Portfolio Slideshow site. I’m trying to get my portfolio back up and running properly. I bought the Portfolio Slideshow Pro in February but it stopped getting updates and I noticed that the support site formerly at momnt.co is no longer around. Seems like this version is a fork or an update? Are you offering support for customers who purchased a license for that version in the last year?
Now onto my problem with this plugin… I installed this but it didn’t import my previous portfolio database. That’s okay I guess but I’m having the same problem as previous poster. Just getting a spinning wheel when I go to upload slides.
