Paid Version Does Not Work On Mobile

I am writing on here because our team is using both the free and paid versions of this plugin. We use the free one on some lighter weight sites. We use the paid one on a heavier site. Our team leader contacted the plugin creators on YooPlugins’s website many times by email, but got no response from them before or after purchase.

Despite this, things looked okay, after purchase, but then we noticed that the plugin does not work on mobile. That is, you can copy content on mobile by screen swiping as you would with Samsung Galaxy S3 or any other Android. Our team leader sent them a message about this, but we got not response. So, we are posting this here, as this is cause for great concern. When will screen swipe be disabled in mobile?
