Hi, there are so many peoples using paid version properly and are satisfied with the pro version. Might be it is not compatible with your theme or so which is very rare.
And we had refund policy if customer is not satisfied.
I have asked you to show me one wp 3.8 site running the pro version that works, you have not done so yet.
You asked for access to the wp account which you where given, all you did was set up the pro version and then helpfully state “Yeah it is acting weird” then spent a few days after asking things like “move it to a different sidebar” knowing this was taking 48hrs for each thing to be tested because of timezone differences (How hard would it have been to log in and move the widget yourself)
All this goes to not being a very nice experience dealing with you, especially when you have no intention of fixing this on 3.8 (Note i already tested and it is unworking on a vanilla 3.8 install)

If you spent as much time investigating the issues (Not just reported by me) rather than posting links of one site that works and another that is under construction ? you may actually be able to find the issues and support your customers properly 😉
