    Problem 1 is either your theme or a plugin. That is not from core WordPress.
    Dark mode is from your theme.
    Problem 2 is either your theme or a plugin. There is no slideshow in core WordPress.

    You should ask in the support forum for the code that provides these features.

    Thanks Joy for your rapid reply. I understand that its not because of wordpress & can be issue of theme or elementor.
