Paragraphs break everything

Hi everybody,

The liveblog works fine, as long as I don’t have more than one paragraph in one post. If I hit Enter to start a new line (for example to insert an URL one line below the comment), it will produce a totally broken liveblog entry.

I tried disabled the WP-Typography plugin, which produced additional problems and tried to change the formatting of the <p> tag, but to no avail. Any idea what the problem/solution could be?
