How to download data (name, email) as an attribute or parameter from the form and place them on the page where the popup in the page content is shown?

Hello.

I fill out the form on the page, and then this name from the form is sent and automatically used in the content of the page.

Here an example based on postback url

http://sylwiasmyka.pl/testest/?paramname=sylwias

A parameter appears on the page.
I want to get the effect but from the form.

Do you mean you wish to send an autoresponder to the person that had submitted the form and add a form in it?
