In the Business version there is option available to select option for “Parcel Packing”. But in Basic or free version which value does it pass by default for “Parcel and Packing” option? Or it does not pass any information there?

Hi @pdindianic,

The basic version is meant for businesses which have 1 or two products in their inventory. So this version has packing methodology “Pack items individually”. So items are packed in individual boxes for each product.

Box packing and weight based packing is available in the premium version.
