    blank plugin page when clicking on parcel2go button on wordpress admin page,
    also when I click ship with parcel2go button I get the blank page no order details

    Have you entered your default shipping details within the settings page (including your API key) ?

    Have you also got WooCommerce installed as the Parcel2Go.com plugin is built to work with WooCommerce only at this moment in time.

    thanks for replay
    I have woocommerce installed and setup, parcel2go plugin installed, I have set the default postage details
    I can see the balance of my prepay.
    but when I click send with parcel2go button from the order page in woocommerce it goes to a page with white banner across it and no text there is a white disc go around for a few seconds.
    I have a screen shot of the page if that helps

    Are there any errors in the logs to help with this issue ?
    Do your products have dimensions set on them ?

    I have set product dimensions

    iam using the follow

    Wordpress 4.9.8
    Woocommerce 3.4.4

    not sure where to look for logs?
