    The parent theme for Circa is undergoing a name change (from Hex to Hexa) and is currently available here:

    http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/hexa/

    Click the sidebar link where it says “Download Hexa for your self-hosted WordPress site.”

    It should be available on ww.wp.xz.cn soon – sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
