Hello, shesaleo, & welcome. I understand this can be a bit confusing, but there are 2 kinds of WordPress. ww.wp.xz.cn, which is where you’re at now, is for self-hosted sites. wordpress.com, which is where you need to be, does hosting for sites. So either you or the folks at wordpress.com need to point your domain to your new hosting. [email protected] is the contact info.
Okay, what you need to do is ask the people at WordPress dot com to set the nameservers for your domain to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com. It’s possible you’ll be able to do that yourself from their system but if you need help they are the people to ask.
Once that is done then hopefully Bluehost will be pointing the records in your two nameservers to your actual hosting account.
Then you’ll have to build your actual website there at Bluehost. There should be facilities and help available at Bluehost to install WordPress and get started with the website.
If you need help starting up the website itself you can expect Bluehost to help you with that.
Once WordPress is installed and running you can ask Bluehost for help. If they can’t help you then you can come back here.

Doing a WHOIS (via one of the websites or from the command line) on shesaleo.com comes up empty. Are you sure you typed it correctly?

That’s really strange, I definitely purchased the domain and it’s the correct one.
I will contact WordPress directly maybe they know what’s going wrong. Maybe my purchase didn’t go through.

Yes it appears that it finally went through although I now cannot access my ww.wp.xz.cn account or the back office of my website. Bluehost say it takes 24-48 hours so hopefully it’s just that
Just for the record, it’s not a “ww.wp.xz.cn” account. That’s what you use to login here. You login to your own website with your account on that site. The two are totally separate.
