Parse Error

Okay. I am extremely new to Word Press and now from reading through everything, I realize I should have had an FTP client. I did not. I messed up something in the coding and now I cant even log onto my website. I have no way to delete any of the files or reinstall and of the themes. I’m seriously freaking out… Can somebody please help me. I would really really appreciate it..
