Here is the error code:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/31/7686331/html/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/backupwordpress.php on line 34
website: http://www.aitinsulation.com
and the ftp info has the “@” symbol.
What do you mean by that?
You need to ask GoDaddy about any FTP issues – that’s not part of WP. Your FTP login isn’t the same as your WP site login, BTW.
Once you get logged in, find the misbehaving plugin and delete it.
You’ll find that plugin here:

plugins
backupwordpress - DELETE THIS FOLDER
“and the ftp info has the “@” symbol.”
-I only included that information after reading another forum posting.

I apologize for my lack of knowledge but I’ve never logged into the ftp before, I was told that it was all inclusive in WordPress and now I can’t even log in to my wp-admin site. Do you have the ftp site so I can try logging in there?
Thank you for your patience.
