Hi, I’m using Nooz with number of my websites and it works whitout any problems. Last week I wanted to use it with my next webpage (http://development.home.pl/test_kreatywnemazowsze/), but after install, when I want to turn it on, I have this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or ‘(‘ in /test_kreatywnemazowsze/wp-content/plugins/nooz/nooz.php on line 12.

Couple days later I’ve also created another, very simillar website, and nooz works whit this website whitout causing any problems.

Apologies for the error, this is likely a compatibility issue with PHP 5.2 or lower. The plugin supports PHP 5.3+, In the next release, we will implement code to warn users of any compatibility issues vs show stopping errors.

This explains why on some websites it works and others it doesn’t.

Again, our apologies .. do check with your host if an upgrade is possible, so many new and improved code/libs rely on PHP 5.3+, IMHO i think this is essential.

Hi, I’ve upgraded PHP to 5.3 before I even installed wordpress, so PHP version can’t be source of problem here. Weirdest thing, is that Nooz was working on my webpage for 5 days or more, and one morning I just saw this error. It was impossible to unistall it (404), so I had to remove plugin’s files via ftp.

I really like and need the plugin, so please let me konow if you have any ideas how to fix it, or maybe I should find some other solution?
I can’t even find simillar plugin for temporary use.
