    Site is in local development. I had no problem setting the plugin up and it is still working on the front end. I have 2 shipping zones set up. I can view the setting options in one but when I try to view the options I set in my second Shipping Zone – I get a
    Edit Shipping Method
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in \wp-content\plugins\flexible-shipping\classes\settings-shipping-method-form.php on line 15

    Can you please advise how I can fix this.

    Sorry – I was wrong in my first post – I cant see the shipping options in either of my zones – they both show the same error.

    Which PHP version are on your server? 5.3? Can you upgrade to 5.6 or above?

    I am on 5.3 – and cant change it until I can replace my aging oscommerce store when I go live on the server.
    I had a copy of Flexible Shipping plugin version 1.97 in one of my backup copies and copied the plugin folder over to my current version that I am working on. It fixed the issue and so if you are saying that any flexible shipping version higher than 1.97 is not backward compatible to 5.3 and will give this error, I guess I cant update the plugin any longer – or I have to look for a different plugin. Can you confirm this is what you are saying ?

    Fiexed. Update will be published soon.

    I’m having the same issue. Any idea when the update will be release? Many thanks in advance!!! 🙂

    @typotamer
    The update will be released today, in just few hours from now – please be patient.

    It seems that there is some kind of a problem with updating the plugin in ww.wp.xz.cn repository. Guys, you will have to wait another day – sorry about the inconvenience.
    I’ll let you know when new version will be available for download.

    Hi, the bug has been fixed in version 1.9.9. Please update the plugin.
