    Hi there,

I have updated Masterstudy LMS today, and both my front-end and back-end crashed. What do you suggest to fix the problem?
This is the error message I get:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘RouteCollection’ (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST) in /web/htdocs5/millie_dogcom/home/subdoms/vip/wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/includes/Routing/Router.php on line 30

    This is the website:

Thank you for your assistance in advance!
    Mike

  • Hello, @miklosjobbagy

Thanks for the details provided. We examined your case and found that you have PHP 7.1 installed on your server, which is invalid as this version is no longer supported. Please upgrade to at least PHP 7.4 and check your website. To change the PHP version, you can contact your Host Support.

    Best regards.
