• I am new to WordPress and have no experience with website design. I inherited a website site whereby the theme and layout was done by an outside company
I recently updated three plug-ins on our website whilst doing some routine maintenance on misspelled words, specifications etc.
The following error appeared :Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/virditec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/members/includes/shortcodes.php on line 126
Now the website is completely inaccessible

I have read up on some ways to fix this – problem is this is hosted by a third party and there is no way for me to get into any type of FTP or CPanel to rectify this and I am completely locked out from the website.

Is there a fix for this that idiots can also understand?
