parse error and cache warning

I was doing some updating to my site last night and got a parse error the functions.php file. I fixed that issue for a little bit and then got it again after 5 minutes. I have updated the functions.php file with a fresh one from the site I have the theme from and I’m still getting the error.

Also I am getting this error with WP Super Cache

Sorry if I didn’t post the code right. I have gone into my FTP site and deleted WP Super Cache hoping that would fix the issue and it did not. Anyone have any suggestions?

I can’t even log into my dashboard at this point.
