on my theme i have to remove <?php on line 170.
if i use “order action (screenshot)” i got that error.

i tested with two themes , i think the problem is my themes or maybe plugins.

i found the problem.
actually we need to have empty line after 170
if we remove that empty line we got error.
( i checked with fresh install WordPress | database | woocommerce )
