parse error help

    can anyone help me?
    I recently updated my website with a new theme, unfortunately after updating i got an error. Tried using filezilla however i can’t connect even though all of the information is correct such as admin, password and port.

    This is the error:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home1/jultet/public_html/students/noteworthyph.com/wp-content/themes/anarcho-notepad/functions.php on line 66
