• Hi,
    website name: sundargallery.com

I edited the functions.php file (i have copy of the original file too) with a ‘/’ somewhere and now it gives me the following error – Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘/’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/sundangf/public_html/wp-content/themes/hatch/functions.php on line 272

I’m neither able to login into the backend nor can i view my website. Need some urgent help pls.

I’ve tried logging in through Cpanel, however I do not know where I could find the ID & password for the same as it does not accept the same ID and password as the website backend.

You need to use the login credentials for your account on your host, not for your WordPress site.

Use an ftp client to repair or replace the damaged file with the backup copy, or contact your host and verify the login credentials for your account so you can use the file manager in cPanel.
